We are excited to announce that construction is commencing soon at Breakaway Estate in Bunyip.

The Ferntree Ridge display village is set to open on the 7th of December. With 2 display homes already completed and open, Burbank and Beachwood.

Ferntree Ridge is currently working with the council to move forward the construction of the park and open spaces that were set to be delivered as part of stage 7.

As part of the construction of The Fairways there have been two new golf holes designed and constructed to enable further integration and connectivity to the golf course from The Fairways Estate.
