Ferntree Ridge Construction Update
Stage 4 Construction
Stage 4 construction is nearing completion with the final surfaces being laid as we speak. The construction team is working closely with the council and authorities towards the final audit sign off in the coming weeks. We are currently expecting titles late October to early November.
Stage 1, 2 & 3
Stage 1 is now sold out with a few titled lots remaining in Stage 2 & 3. Stage 2 has fantastic views over the estate and surrounding countryside with Stage 3 being on flat land in close proximity to the wetlands and walking trails as well as proposed shopping precinct and schools. Prices starting from $195,000
New Sales & Information Centre
The Sales and Information centre in Ferntree Ridge Estate is also set to open in early November. With construction underway it is set to be the main point of contact for anyone wanting to learn more about Landgipps developments and local builders. The Sales and Information Centre will also provide a place for visitors to the display village to have a rest and grab and coffee and a bite to eat. With 19 homes to walk through a pit stop will most likely be needed!
The LandGipps Sales and Information centre aims to be able to provide potential purchasers with all things house and land in Gippsland. At Landgipps we strive to be able to meet our brand promise and we pride ourselves on being able to help purchasers and give them the information and resources they need to make not only one of the largest financial decisions of their life – but a decision that can shape their family and lifestyle.
Partnership with Wolf Mobile
At LandGipps we have been working with local businesses and providers to be able to make the purchase, build and move into your new home as seamless as possible. Building a new home can be stressful and sometimes full of surprises. Landgipps works tirelessly at our relationships with our partner builders to make the process as easy and integrated for the customer as possible.
LandGipps, Ferntree Ridge and Wolf Mobile in Warragul have been able to form a partnership, announced last week, to be able to further aid in the NBN connection process further for customers building in our estates. We hope to be able to minimise down time from the network with our busy lifestyles now relying heavily on connectivity.
