With drier than average spring weather, the development team has been able to bring forward stage 4 completion. Asphalt went down mid October and final auditing by authorities is taking place as at end of October.

At this stage statement of compliance is expected within the fortnight and titles by the end of November. For those lucky enough to secure an allotment in Stage 4, speak to your conveyancor to ensure you are ready for settlement prior to Christmas.
