From the time you make an enquiry or visit a display home, to the point where we proudly hand over the keys to your new home, there is a Rawdon Hill team member with you all the way. It starts with our sales consultants to ensure you get exactly what you want, the paperwork, permits and process gets underway smoothly.

We offer each home buyer their own interior stylist to help you to put your unique signature on your new home. Once the build process begins you will be introduced to your project manager, whose job it is to ensure we are on time, on budget and all our master tradespeople are where they need to be, when they need to be to make sure your home is delivered to schedule.
