Construction Update
Stage 1 Lots at Botanica are now sold out and construction on this stage continues to remain on track, despite the wild weather Gippsland has experienced over the past month. Following the completion of initial earthworks, essential underground services have now been installed. Sewerage, drainage, water and gas assets have been delivered throughout the stage, and electrical and NBN telecommunication lines will soon be installed. Surface works are now also nearing completion, with stage 1 footpaths and kerbs now installed. Stage 1 blocks are largely completed to final surface levels and road surface preparation is underway, with the road base for the widening of Bena Road currently being prepared.
The stage is now entering the final phase of construction, where we will begin to see this stunning estate taking shape and our residents can begin to imagine their new country homes. In the coming weeks we can expect to see the finishing touches completing the stage, with fencing, retaining walls, street lighting and extensive planting along the creek still to come. Pedestrian access to the estate will also be improved, with a footpath extension along Bena Road between Botanica and the existing footpath scheduled for construction shortly.
