Construction Update
We are excited to announce that construction is commencing soon at Breakaway Estate in Bunyip. The 17 lot development has an approved planning permit and final pre commencement processes are taking place over the coming weeks. The outfall sewer and drainage runs along the northern boundary of the adjacent Primary school and will commence in January during the school holidays to minimise disruption to the school. Construction works are expected to take 16 weeks from commencement putting an expected release of titles for around April 2020.
