LandGipps are proud to be partnering with Simonds Homes in making the innovative and socially-minded House and Land Battle! It is designed to benefit the West Gippsland community by generating much needed funds for the Warragul and Drouin Football/Netball Clubs.

LandGipps will loan blocks of land in the Ferntree Ridge estate in Drouin and Brandy Creek Views estate in Warragul – Simonds Homes will build two stunning residences – and after auctioning each home, the profits from the respective sales will be donated to the Warragul and Drouin Football/Netball Clubs.

The House and Land Battle is a whole lot of fun, with a series of exciting challenges pitting the local football and netball clubs against each other throughout the build process, to ‘battle’ it out for supremacy and the best possible auction result.
